ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 11 OF 2008)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Electronic Transactions Regulations 2000 (the Regulations) by removing subsections 54(2) and 71(1) of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 from the list of exemptions in the Regulations so that certain documents can be provided to Comcare electronically.
