LANDS ACQUISITION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2005 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 156 OF 2005)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Lands Acquisition Regulations 1989 to make the Indigenous Business Australia (IBA) an exempt body for the purposes of the Act, giving it the necessary flexibility to perform the functions for which it has been created.
