- Description:These Regulations amend the Occupational Health and Safety (Commonwealth Employment) Regulations 1991 to set the requirements for the election of health and safety representatives under subsection 25A(5) of the Occupational Health and Safety (Commonwealth Employment) Act 1991, remove references to the reporting of accidents and dangerous occurrences and change the name of the Principal Regulations to the Occupational Health and Safety (Safety Arrangements) Regulations 1991.
