- Description:These Regulations establish a regime to regulate dangerous goods stored and handled at Commonwealth workplaces, to protect the health and safety of persons from hazards arising from such storage and handling. The Regulations impose obligations on employers, manufacturers, suppliers and installers of dangerous goods at those workplaces. The Regulations give effect to the national standard for the Storage and Handling of Workplace Dangerous Goods (NOHSC:1015 (2001) declared in May 2001.
