OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYMENT) (NATIONAL STANDARDS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 8 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations insert three new parts into the Occupational Health and Safety (Commonwealth Employment) (National Standards) Regulations 1994 to give effect to the National Standard for the Control of Major Hazard Facilities, impose specific duties regarding the safe use of electricity, and require the implementation of suitable plans to manage the fatigue of drivers of heavy vehicles.
