- Description:These Regulations amend the Occupational Health and Safety (Maritime Industry) (National Standards) Regulations 2003 by including a new Part 3 which deals with manual handling. The purpose of these regulations is to prevent the occurrence of, or reduce the severity of, injuries arising from manual handling.
