PARLIAMENTARY ENTITLEMENTS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2005 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 235 OF 2005)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Parliamentary Entitlements Regulations 1997 to clarify that members travelling as part of a parliamentary delegation may downgrade their class of travel entitlement to both extend their travel and allow their spouse to accompany them.
